Within 15 days from the delivery of your package, you may request to return your order. All items will be inspected upon return, so you must return the products to us in perfect condition.

The products shall not have been used or washed. Returns will only be accepted if the products are returned with their original packaging fully intact and the original labels still attached to each product. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you at your expense. The goods are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure it’s packed up properly and do not get damaged on the way. We will not compensate for returned packages lost in the return shipping. Any shipping charges as well as return handling costs that may occur when returning the products are the customer’s responsibility. The cost of the merchandise alone will be refunded unless an error occurred on our part of us. Refunds for returned products will be made as soon as possible, 30 business days at the latest after we receive the returned products. Please note that shipping, additional duties, taxes or any additional charge you may have had will not be refunded by us. Always make sure to receive proof of posting from the carrier when sending your returns.
